I had the pleasure of staying in a spacious Family Room with Shared Bathroom that was spotlessly clean. The breathtaking view from our window was a highlight, and it made the steep walk up feel worth it! Access to coffee and a microwave in the common area was a great perk for our family.

The cleanliness of the hotel is truly impressive. I've rarely seen such a high standard of hygiene and organization.

The hotel lacks modern amenities like TVs in the rooms and the decor feels outdated, reminiscent of the 70s.

The location is absolutely terrible with no nearby shops or restaurants. Walking back to the hotel from the train station is a nightmare, especially when dragging luggage uphill. On top of that, the discomfort of the bed ruined my sleep. it felt too flimsy and was not at all conducive to a restful night.

The room was clean and minimalistic, exactly what I needed for a restful night before my early morning meeting.

The uphill walk from the train station was quite strenuous, taking about 15-20 minutes with slopes involved.

The rooms are super clean, but the bed felt uncomfortable for sleeping.

I stayed for one night and found the hotel super clean with spacious rooms. The uphill walk from the train station isn't easy, but the peaceful surroundings make up for it. Breakfast was great, too!

hotel & bildungshaus st jodern was a fantastic place! the upgraded room was a lovely surprise, with a private balcony showcasing stunning mountains. i loved the easy access to zermatt for a day trip, and the dinner menu was delicious. plus, the cleanliness was impressive!

I spent two nights in a cozy room, ideal for unwinding after a busy day. The self-check-in process was smooth, making it hassle-free, even arriving late. Be prepared for a steep uphill walk from the train station, but the clean rooms made it worthwhile. Bring an umbrella if it rains!

The Superior Single Room was super clean and minimalistic, just what I needed for a one-night stay. The bed was comfy enough, and the attached bathroom was a nice touch. I liked that it’s a bit uphill, so it wasn’t too loud. I got a decent view of the area. Just remember, it’s really basic, so don't expect fancy decor or too much space.
